Reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. All reservations are subject to cancellation if the team is not officially accepted or registered for the Lonestar SC San Antonio Pre Labor Day Cup 2026 event.

Team Manager Policy

Available team rooms within a team’s reservation will be secured with a credit card at the time of booking. The card used to guarantee the team block will not be pre-authorized and will not be charged for any rooms that are released.

Each team is allocated one room block per event. Any unclaimed rooms will be released back into general inventory after the applicable deadline listed below and cannot be re-added to the team’s block.

Reservations made on or before July 15th, 2026 will have until 8:00 AM CST, two (2) weeks from the time of booking, to claim rooms.

Reservations made between July 16th, 2026 and July 29th, 2026 will have until July 30th, 2026 at 8:00 AM CST to claim rooms.

Reservations made between July 30th, 2026 and August 12th, 2026 will have 24 hours from the time of booking to claim rooms.
